Yoga is way more than just stretching. I’ve learned that real discipline starts with knowing your body - your sharir - and honestly, most of us don’t know it as well as we think. If you rush through asanas without focus, it’s just another workout, but when you slow down and pay attention, it can actually change how you feel inside.
How I Mix Tradition & Science
My style is grounded in the wisdom of old-school yogic texts but I see everything through a modern lens. Since I’ve got a background in medical sciences, I’m always connecting the dots between anatomy, physiology, and movement. In our group classes, you won’t just learn poses, you’ll get why they matter for your body, especially if you’ve got joint pain or stress.
What Happens in Our Group Classes
- Our base is Iyengar yoga group sessions. We use props like ropes, blocks, and belts. They’re not shortcuts, they help you get the alignment right and keep you safe, especially if you’re dealing with injuries.
- Aerial yoga is where you get to have fun (masti) and work on your core - hammocks, hanging, and building strength.
- Restorative yoga is pure chill - bolsters, blankets, letting your nervous system catch a break. Great for stress and anxiety.
- Every week, there’s a breathwork class for stress relief (Pranayama) and guided meditation. You’ll pick up stuff like Yoga Nidra and Trataka too.

My Story
Namaskar, I’m Gyan. Pehle CA ki padhai kar raha tha, par kuch khaas missing tha. Jab yoga mila, laga jaise doosra janam ho gaya. Gurukul aur mere guru Swami Ramdev ji se purusharth ka asli matlab samjha, aur Arogyam Vardan shuru kiya. Yahan hum healing ko seriously lete hain – students ki chronic pain aur anxiety door hoti dekh ke hi asli safalta lagti hai. Award mila recently, par asli khushi logo ki zindagi badalte dekh ke milti hai.
