The foundation of Ashtanga yoga begins with Surya Namaskar A (Sun Salutation). Here, against the backdrop of a desert sunrise, I practice the sequence that builds internal heat and sets the rhythm for a disciplined practice.

Yoga is not just about flexibility; it's a powerful tool for building strength. Using props like chairs, we can work on challenging exercises like the L-sit to develop incredible core, back, and arm strength.

My personal practice includes advanced inversions like Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand). The strength and balance required for these poses inform the way I teach, helping students build a strong foundation for their own practice.

Practicing Ashtanga yoga in nature reminds us of our connection to the world. This disciplined practice rejuvenates the body, making it stronger, more flexible, and more controlled with every breath and movement.

I believe in working with the body's natural state. That is why I often run sessions without artificial cooling. This 'Desi Sweat' approach mimics natural hot yoga conditions, helping you sweat out toxins and build mental resilience. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to be willing to show up.
