I’ve noticed most of us are busy collecting things—money, followers, titles—but hardly anyone stops to ask, “What am I really running after?” Sometimes, you just gotta hit pause. That’s what meditation is for. Life’s happening right now, not somewhere in the future.
Why Breath Matters
If your mind jumps around like a monkey, you’re not alone. I used to feel the same. The trick I learnt? Jab saans shaant, toh mann bhi shaant (when the breath is calm, the mind follows). So, we don’t fight the mind, we work with the breath.
How I Guide You
Meditation isn’t about escaping—it’s facing what’s inside, letting it settle. I call it a ‘work-in’ instead of a workout. My sessions are an andar ki journey (inner journey) where we use simple tools to connect mind, body, and spirit.
- For beginners, I start with Anapana (just observing breath).
- If you’re drowning in stress, we’ll try guided mindfulness for anxiety relief or use Tibetan bowls for extra calm.
- For busy folks, breath control for stress management is a game changer.
