About A Glimpse into Our Classes
Come as you are. Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, our classes are never about showing off flexible poses for social media. We keep batches small—usually 6 to 12 students—so you get actual correction from our instructors, not just a group of people moving to music. You will see people of all ages in our Defence Colony studio, and that is exactly the vibe we cultivate.
We do not believe in doing the same boring routines every single day. Because we rotate over 20 different styles, including Aerial, Iyengar, and Vinyasa, you will rarely repeat the exact same flow twice. This keeps your mind engaged and prevents the monotony that usually kills consistency in fitness. If you are struggling with a specific posture, we do not just tell you to 'try harder.' We use props like wall ropes, wooden bricks, and aerial hammocks to bridge the gap between where your body is today and where you want it to be.
Our studio in Defence Colony is designed to be a community, not a gym. We focus on therapeutic movement, meaning we pay attention to those nagging backaches, knee issues, or stress points caused by long hours at a desk. We teach in a blend of English and Hindi because, at the end of the day, instructions need to be simple and direct to be effective. Whether you are aiming for fat loss, injury recovery, or just a place to switch off your 'monkey mind' after work, our classes are built to fit into your life, not the other way around.
