Monthly Studio Group Classes
Class Structure
- 60 minute sessions available in fixed Morning or Evening slots.
- Access valid for 3 to 5 days a week on a Monday to Saturday schedule.
- Small batch size (8-12 students) allowing for individual visibility.
- Curated mix of Hatha (static), Vinyasa (flow), and functional Desi Yoga.
Studio Experience
- Use of premium yoga wheels, high density foam blocks, and alignment straps.
- Climate controlled indoor studio with wooden flooring.
- Classes conclude with 10-15 minutes of Pranayama and guided Shavasana.
- Includes manual spot corrections for posture alignment.
Live Interactive Online Classes

About Yoga Classes
My Approach
Yoga isn't just about bending or sweating it out. For me, it's about tuning into your breath, finding some real stillness, and connecting with what’s happening inside. After 17 years of doing this, I've realised that balance - steadiness with comfort (what we call 'Sthira Sukham Asanam') - is the real goal. Most people come in for the stretch, but they stay for the peace. I want you to actually live your yoga, not just do it on the mat.
What Happens in My Classes
- We always start and end with breathwork - pranayama like Anulom Vilom, Ujjayi, Kapalbhati. Yeh sab dimaag ko shaant kar dete hain (all this calms the mind).
- Movement is slow, intentional, synced with breathing - not a race, but you’ll feel it.
- Shavasana at the end is must. No skipping! That’s when your mind and body actually reset.
- Props like blocks and straps make things easier, so don’t stress if you can’t touch your toes.
Styles I Teach
- Hatha Yoga (my jam) for core, stability, and mindful movement.
- Vinyasa Yoga if you want to move, sweat, and feel strong.
- Desi Yoga - traditional asanas inspired by daily Indian life, jaise Chakki Chalan (like grinding posture).
- Sometimes we mix it up with Ashtanga, gentle yoga, or detox classes.

My Story
Hey, I’m Komal – 17 years in Gurgaon, running this studio that’s more than just yoga mats and poses. My journey kicked off with ‘Om Gan Ganpataye Namaha’ and that’s still my anchor, my ‘antargyan’ (inner wisdom). Dad taught me to show up, pind di zameen (village roots) taught me to stay grounded. Sometimes I’m in a field with my sister, sometimes skydiving in Dubai – it’s all gratitude and living free, inside and out.
