Mindfulness, Breathing and Sound Healing in Delhi
Yoga is more than asanas. It is about calming the noise in your head and learning to breathe properly again. My sessions offer a dedicated space to release stress and reset your nervous system.
Did you know 80% of people breathe incorrectly? I teach you the correct way to practice diaphragmatic breathing to reduce stress, anxiety, and lethargy.
Is your mind always racing? I share a few simple tips to control the 'monkey mind', including focusing on your breath and taking a few minutes for yourself each day.

About Mindfulness, Breathing & Sound Healing
You might be surprised to know that many of us spend our days breathing incorrectly, using shallow chest breaths that keep our nervous systems in a constant state of 'fight or flight.' In these sessions, I teach you to engage your diaphragm properly to signal safety to your brain, paired with sound healing to quiet the 'monkey mind.' It is not just about lying down; it is about active, conscious recalibration.
Often, we think meditation means sitting still and forcing the mind to be empty. That is not realistic. My approach is to use the breath and sound to guide the body into a state where it naturally lets go.
Why Sound Healing Works
We use Tibetan singing bowls and gongs to create vibrations that resonate with the body. This isn't just relaxation—it's a physical release. When you are stressed, your muscles hold tension. These frequencies help loosen that grip, making it easier to drift into a deep, restful state. It is highly effective for anyone dealing with chronic anxiety or trouble sleeping.
The Breathing Connection
Most people unknowingly breathe from their chest, which can actually increase cortisol levels. I work with you to retrain this. Whether it is diaphragmatic breathing or specific Pranayama, the goal is to make your breath a tool you can use anywhere, not just on the mat.
What to Expect
These sessions are conducted at my Defence Colony studio. I keep the batches small—typically 6 to 12 students—to ensure everyone gets individual attention. It is a space without judgment. If you are a beginner, you fit right in. If you have been practicing for years but feel like you've hit a plateau, these techniques will help you find that missing clarity.
Come as you are. Just bring an open mind and be ready to learn something new about your own body.
