When you walk into our Defence Colony studio, you won't find instructors barking out standard routines. Our team operates on the principle of therapeutic alignment, where we actively adjust each flow based on your current physical state—whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, postnatal recovery, or just the stiffness of a corporate desk job.
Yoga at our studio is not about matching the person next to you; it is about finding what works for your specific body. Founded in 2011 after Amanpreet transitioned from a banking career, Yoga Fettle Journey was built to provide the kind of practical healing that she saw transform her own family.
We moved away from the 'show-off' culture of fitness. Instead, our team of teachers—including Abhishek, Gokul, and Amanpreet herself—focuses on functional movement. We use props like ropes, bricks, and aerial silks not just for variety, but to ensure that everyone, from total beginners to those with injuries, can practice safely.
Our philosophy is simple: 'Yog se hi hoga' (Yoga is the way). Whether you are struggling with a Vitamin D deficiency causing fatigue or just need a space to calm your 'monkey mind' after a long day in South Delhi, our classes are designed to be an intersection of traditional Hatha/Ashtanga roots and modern therapeutic needs. We keep our batch sizes small—strictly 6 to 12 students—to ensure every member receives verbal cues and hands-on adjustments. We aren't just teaching you how to stretch; we are helping you build the discipline to prioritize your own health, one breath at a time.
