About Yoga for Kids & Young Adults
We keep our batch sizes small, capped at 12 students, so your child isn't lost in the crowd. Our teachers provide hands-on alignment adjustments—whether they're working with aerial silks or mastering a basic stretch—to ensure they practice safely while building real body awareness.
Yoga shouldn't feel like another school subject. At Yoga Fettle Journey, we’ve ditched the boring routines to create a space where movement meets mindfulness. We work with kids and young adults in our Defence Colony studio, using tools like aerial hammocks, wall ropes, and wooden blocks to turn complex poses into a playful challenge.
Why Kids Need Yoga Now
The modern world is fast, and for kids, it’s often overwhelming. Our sessions are designed to act as a reset button. We focus on:
- Physical Strength: Using aerial silks and ropes helps build core and shoulder stability that standard drills often miss.
- Concentration: We introduce simple Pranayama (breathing) and meditation techniques in a way that’s easy to grasp, helping with focus and emotional regulation.
- Confidence: Whether it’s mastering a difficult pose or just staying balanced on a rope, our young students leave with a genuine sense of accomplishment.
The Practical Reality
We aren't a high-volume, impersonal gym. We are a community-focused studio in South Delhi. You get consistent instructors who know your child's name and their specific physical needs—whether they're looking to improve sports performance or just find a healthy way to burn off energy. Our space is climate-controlled and fully equipped for safe practice. If you’re looking for a routine that builds lifelong habits rather than just a temporary activity, you’re in the right place.
Yoga Fettle Journey
We are Yoga Fettle Journey, a close-knit family started by Amanpreet to bring practical healing to real lives. We’ve moved from banking to the mat, and we truly believe in helping kids find their balance through movement that doesn't feel like a chore.
