About Build Strength & Master Advanced Poses

Let’s be real, the photos you see are the result of many failed attempts before the final successful one. In my advanced flow sessions, we do not just jump to the final pose, because that is how injuries happen. We focus on the core engagement, shoulder stability, and wrist preparation required to get there safely. You will wobble, you might fall, and that is completely fine. I am right there to guide your alignment so you build the actual strength to hold the pose, not just force your body into a shape.
