Sometimes the city noise just doesn't stop. These retreats are my way of hitting pause, heading into the mountains, and actually catching my breath. It is not about perfecting a pose, but about finding a little bit of quiet for your nervous system.

Our retreat venue, Sukoon Villa in Almora, is a sanctuary nestled in the mountains. It's a place designed for peace, with stunning views that help you disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

A glimpse into a 10-day break in Dharamkot, designed to regulate the nervous system. We embrace the quiet of the mountains, the calm of nature, and the power of simply being present.

What does 'retreat' mean? It's a safe, quiet place to rest and reflect. This video captures the essence of the spaces I choose for our getaways, where you can truly unwind.

Practicing yoga on the beach, with the sound of the waves as our soundtrack. These moments of flowing with nature are a core part of my retreats, helping you reconnect with your body's natural rhythm.

Watching the sunset is a meditation in itself. During our retreats, we take time for these simple, profound moments that remind us to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us.

Mindful forest walks are a key part of the retreat experience. Walking among the trees, breathing in the fresh air, and feeling the earth beneath your feet is a powerful way to ground yourself.

Finding moments of joy and peace against a backdrop of the mountains. My retreats are not just about yoga on the mat, but about finding that feeling of centeredness in every moment.

A quiet moment of reflection on a rock, surrounded by the calm of the forest. Nature is our greatest teacher, and I incorporate its lessons into every retreat.

A gentle reminder we often find on our retreats. Silence is a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery, and we create plenty of space for it.

The vibrant prayer flags of the Himalayas are a beautiful symbol of peace and compassion. They represent the spiritual and calming energy we cultivate during our time away.

About Himalayan & Nature Retreats

When you book one of these retreats, know that it is intentionally a small group because I want everyone to feel seen, not just like a face in the crowd. We handle all the food and scheduling, leaving you with the task of simply getting to the villa in Almora or the mountains in Dharamkot. You will not find military-style timetables here; it is a rhythm of movement and stillness that we adjust based on what the group actually needs that day.
