Our retreats are a blend of serenity and adventure. From welcoming the dawn with Surya Namaskar to delving into personal tarot readings and closing the day with a blissful Cacao Ceremony, every moment is intentional.

This is what a typical first day at one of my retreats looks like. We ease into the experience with group interaction, asana practice, and calming evening sessions like candlelight meditation.
Day two is often a mix of energy and exploration. We might start with a hike and a Suryanamaskar marathon, then move into adventurous activities like paragliding before settling into evening practices.
On the final full day of a retreat, we integrate our experiences with restorative sessions, creative activities like a pottery class, and evening bonding around a bonfire. It's a day of harmony and connection.

My retreats are built on the philosophy of progress, not perfection. We balance active days, like trekking to local waterfalls or paragliding, with deep, restorative sessions such as sound healing and candlelit meditation. It is an honest, intentional space where you can show up exactly as you are, wobbly bits included.
I started these retreats because I believe the best shifts happen when we step away from our daily grind. Whether we are trekking in the hills or finding stillness in a shala, my retreats are designed to be a safe, judgment-free space to explore your practice and meet like-minded souls.

We visit beautiful, handpicked locations—from the mountains of Dehradun and Rishikesh to coastal spots like Goa—where the environment itself helps you ground.
A Typical Itinerary
- Morning: Kriyas, pranayama, and invigorating asana practice to wake up the body.
- Afternoon: Nature excursions, trekking, or creative workshops like pottery, depending on our location.
- Evening: Restorative sessions, candlelit meditation, and bonfire bonding.
This is not a boot camp. There is no scolding and no competition. My goal is to hold space for you to reset your nervous system and return home feeling lighter. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner just starting your wellness journey, you are welcome here. I limit the group sizes to ensure everyone feels seen and supported.
