- Wall Props: Usage of wall-mounted Iyengar ropes for alignment correction.
- Studio Environment: Semi-open well-ventilated rooftop space with artificial grass flooring and padded safety walls.
Training Scope
- Techniques: Covers spine decompression, gravity-assisted poses, and inversions like Butterfly and Vampire Pose.
- Safety Spotting: Manual instructor assistance during flips and inversions.
- Relaxation: Floating Savasana inside the hammock cocoon at the end of the session.

Why I Teach Aerial Yoga
For most log sochte hain (people think) yoga means tough poses and serious faces. My way? It’s more like a dance with the air. I want you to feel light, playful, and connected with your own body. Yeh ek alag hi maza hai (it’s a totally different joy).
Who Can Join?
Honestly, anyone. No gymnastics, no crazy flexibility needed. If you’re curious, that’s enough. I’ve got folks from all walks - first-timers, experienced yogis, men, women, even bachche (kids) loving it. Beginner aerial yoga classes are always open here.
How We Practice
- Group aerial yoga workshops at my Najafgarh rooftop studio, where you catch some open air and good vibes
- Personal sessions, both studio and online, for your own pace and goals
- Therapeutic hammock yoga for back pain, cervical issues, or just spine decompression yoga that makes you feel taller and lighter

My Story
Hi, I'm Arun. Najafgarh is home, but my soul’s always somewhere wild - island boy vibes! Main aur meri baby, we’re always on the move, Goa to Malaysia, chasing waterfalls or diving with sharks. Found my love, she changed everything. Delhi ki streets, a good smoothie, or just quiet time - that’s me off the mat. Sometimes, I feel that Shiva Tandav energy, just pure balance. Life’s best up in the air, underwater, or at the top of a mountain.
