Aerial Yoga Classes and Therapy in Najafgarh
Yoga isn't just about sitting on a mat. It's about flying, playing, and letting go. Join me for a session where we turn your world upside down in the best way possible.
This is the feeling I want you to have. Pure freedom and joy, like you are dancing with the air. This is me in an ankle lock pose, just feeling the moment at my Najafgarh studio.
Dekho, this is my Supported Batman pose. It’s amazing for anyone with a desk job. We let gravity do the work to decompress the spine and relieve neck tension. It also helps a lot with anxiety.
You don't need any experience to start. This is one of my students in her first few classes, finding her balance and confidence upside down. It's all about trusting the hammock and yourself.
Bachche (kids) absolutely love this. They feel like little superheroes flying in the air. This simple pose helps them build core strength and balance, all while having a huge smile on their face.
In my group workshops, everyone flies together. Here, I am guiding an adult and a child into the inverted butterfly pose. It’s a beautiful hip opener and super fun for all ages.
Feel the power and grace of floating in the air. This pose is a great way to build upper body strength and feel completely weightless. It's a dance between strength and surrender.
This is what our group classes look like. Full of energy and support. Here I am demonstrating a pose while my students practice and find their own flow.
And after all the flying, we relax. This is Savasana, or the corpse pose, but in the air. The hammock gently rocks you, making it one of the most relaxing experiences ever.
About Featured
Forget the idea that you need to be a gymnast to fly. My rooftop studio in Najafgarh is built for real people, not just pros. Whether you are dealing with back pain or just want a fun way to move, my hammocks are set up to support you, not stress you out. We focus on small batches, so I can personally guide your movements and ensure you feel safe.
At my Najafgarh rooftop studio, I focus on spine decompression using specialized, high-rated tricot nylon hammocks. This isn't just about static poses; it is about fixing your posture, relieving neck tension from long hours at a desk, and actually having fun.
My classes cater to a mix of goals:
- Therapeutic Relief: If you have cervical pain or back issues, the inversions we practice help create space in your spine and improve blood flow, helping to melt away daily stress.
- Kids' Aerial Yoga: I run specific sessions where kids climb, swing, and learn balance like little superheroes. It is full of laughter and focuses on motor coordination rather than rigid rules.
- Beginner Guidance: You don't need prior flexibility. I break down every move, from the 'Vampire' to the 'Inverted Butterfly', and use props like Iyengar ropes to ensure you are comfortable.
I keep my batches small, between 6 to 10 people, to provide hands-on safety spotting. You leave feeling lighter, taller, and much more relaxed than when you walked in.
