If you sit at a desk all day, your back needs a break. Join me in Najafgarh to hang, stretch, and let gravity do the healing work for your spine.

Toh aaj karenge hum Supported Batman. This variation is a restorative pose, perfect for therapeutic benefits. It gently opens the upper back and is great for anyone with cervical or shoulder tightness.

This is the classic Supported Batman pose. Notice how the hammock supports the shoulders, allowing the head to hang freely. This is key for spine decompression and relieving anxiety.

Just hanging upside down, smiling. This simple inversion is one of the best things you can do for your mood and your spine. All the blood rushes to your head for a natural energy boost.

Here you can see the full sequence of getting into an inversion and stretching the back. We move slowly and with control. This is great for lengthening the spine if you have any issues.

Want to do a handstand but are afraid of falling? The aerial hammock gives you the support you need to build strength and confidence upside down. It makes a difficult pose feel easy and safe.

This is a fantastic stretch for lengthening your entire back. If you have any spinal issues or just feel compressed from sitting, this pose provides instant relief.

Using the Iyengar ropes for a deep spinal traction. This setup allows the body to hang freely, creating space between each vertebra. It's a very therapeutic way to practice inversions.

Another angle of the rope-assisted inversion. You can see how the ropes support the hips, making the pose accessible and deeply restorative for the whole body.

This video shows a student moving through different inverted positions. We explore how small shifts in the body can change the stretch and the feeling of the pose.

A glimpse into our indoor studio session, focusing on inversions. Even in a different setting, the benefits are the same: a happy spine and a calm mind.

About Hang Loose: Relief for Your Back & Mind

Before you book, remember that we do not just do fancy flips. My sessions, especially the therapeutic hammock work, are designed to decompress your spine. If you are dealing with cervical tightness or just want to feel taller and lighter, we start with simple, safe inversions like the Supported Batman pose that literally take the weight off your back.

In our daily rush, our spines take the biggest hit. Whether you are working a desk job or just dealing with constant neck tension, the compression is real. That is where aerial yoga steps in—not as a circus trick, but as a genuine recovery tool.

In my Najafgarh studio, we use the hammock to create space between your vertebrae. Unlike traditional floor yoga where your body weight works against you, the aerial silk takes the load. When you hang in a supported inversion, you are letting gravity help you lengthen your spine.

I focus heavily on safety. We do not just jump into flips. We start with basics like the 'Supported Batman,' which is incredible for cervical relief. I personally guide you through every transition so your shoulders and neck stay relaxed, never strained. It is also a mental release—inverting puts fresh blood flow to the brain, which does wonders for anxiety and that feeling of being stuck.

Whether you want to join our small group sessions on the rooftop or prefer a 1-on-1 private class for deep tissue focus, I am here to guide you. We have Iyengar ropes for extra traction if you need deeper support, and the mood is always chill. No pressure to be flexible. Just come as you are, and let us get that back feeling good again.

Hi, I am Arun. I believe yoga should not feel like a chore, so I turned my Najafgarh rooftop into a space where we laugh, fly, and heal. My goal is to make sure you leave feeling lighter, both physically and mentally.
