People often think yoga is only about tough poses and serious faces. For me, it’s more like a dance - a way to feel free and have fun with your own body. My online sessions are all about helping you discover that side of yoga, right from your own space.
What My Online Yoga Feels Like
- It’s personal. Hum dono (just us) - every session is one-on-one, so you get my full attention, no distractions.
- I build each class around you: your body, your goals, your mood. Whether you want to get stronger, touch your toes, or just breathe easy, we adjust as we go.
- We’ll mix movement (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and moments of stillness or chanting. Sometimes it’s chill, sometimes it’s full power.
Try What Scares You (But Safely)
- I love guiding people through poses like headstands, arm balances, or full splits. Scared of Sirsasana? Trust me, hum karenge (we can do it) step by step.
- Never done yoga before? No tension, totally beginner-friendly yoga sessions at home. Advanced yogis, you’ll get plenty of challenge too.
