Help your little ones build strength, confidence, and balance while they have a blast hanging in the air. Join our fun-focused aerial sessions in Najafgarh, designed specifically for kids.

Every kid feels like a superhero in this pose. It's simple, safe, and so much fun. They are building strength and coordination without even realizing it.

Here I am teaching a class with both adults and kids. Aerial yoga is a great activity for families to do together. This is the inverted butterfly flow.

This young flip master is showing off his skills. Kids are fearless and learn so quickly. They love the challenge of flipping and swinging in the hammock.

I am always there to spot and guide the kids. Here, I am helping this little yogi safely get into a pose. Safety is always first, but fun is a very close second.

A few of my young students hanging out and having fun. They are doing inversions, backbends, and just enjoying the feeling of being in the air at my Najafgarh studio.

A moment of one-on-one instruction. I make sure every child feels supported and confident as they learn new poses and movements.

Using gymnastic rings is another way we play with the air element. This helps build serious upper body strength and is a favorite among the kids.

Finding a moment of calm and focus, even while suspended on the rings. This teaches kids body awareness and control.

The joy of accomplishment. This young student is holding a challenging straddle pose on the rings.

This is how we learn to trust the hammock. This child is practicing a gentle backbend, supported completely by the fabric.

About Little Superheroes in the Air

Safety is the biggest priority here. I keep the hammocks at a much lower height for the kids compared to my adult classes, so they can climb, swing, and try out inversions comfortably. It is all about building their confidence without the fear of falling.

Whether your child is looking for a new sport or just needs to burn off energy, aerial yoga is a fantastic outlet. We do not just focus on standard yoga poses. Instead, it is a high-energy environment where they learn balance, grip strength, and motor coordination through pure play.

We start with simple swings and climbs to get them comfortable with the hammock. As they progress, we introduce fun moves like the 'Flying Bat' and basic acrobatics on gymnastic rings. These exercises are not just about fun—they actively help with posture and healthy spinal alignment, which is important for kids today.

Why kids enjoy these sessions:

  • Superhero Vibes: Learning flips and inversions makes them feel like superheroes in training.
  • Safe Environment: My rooftop studio in Najafgarh is fitted with padded walls and artificial grass, ensuring a soft landing if anyone slips.
  • Small Groups: I keep batch sizes small so every child gets hands-on help while learning new moves.
  • Confidence Building: Overcoming the fear of heights in a controlled, supportive setting does wonders for their self-esteem.

It is not just an activity; it is a space where they laugh, make new friends, and learn to trust their bodies. Come by, watch them hang, and see the joy on their faces for yourself.

I'm Arun, and honestly, my favorite part of the day is seeing kids discover that they can actually fly. We keep it simple and playful—no strict rules, just lots of swinging and superhero practice.
