About Aerial Yoga
What to Expect
People always ask if beginners can join. Short answer - absolutely! You don’t need to be super bendy or have any crazy skills. If you can laugh at yourself when you wobble and bring a little courage, you’re good to go.
How It Works
We mix classic yoga with a soft hammock hanging from the ceiling. That hammock is your buddy - it helps you try things you didn’t think you could do, and sometimes just lets you chill mid-air. Sometimes it feels like "controlled chaos", but that’s part of the fun. Not every move is graceful, and trust me, we all lose balance and crack up together.
Why Try It?
- Build strength and balance by using your own bodyweight up in the air.
- The hammock lets you stretch way deeper without stressing your joints.
- Your spine gets to decompress (feels amazing after a long day).
- It’s a total mood booster - you’ll walk out smiling, feeling lighter and more confident.
- If you want to work on flexibility, hammock yoga for flexibility is a game changer.
How We Roll
There’s something for everyone:
- Group classes if you want that buzz of community - we call ourselves the BRYKAERIAL crew.
- One-on-one sessions if you want a bit more attention.
- And aerial restorative yoga for those days you just want to slow down and breathe.
More Than Just a Class
We’re basically a family here. Nobody’s perfect, everyone’s welcome, and every small win gets celebrated. All you need is thoda trust and a sense of adventure.

My Story
We’re Bryk Studio, not just a gym—more like a big, slightly sweaty family. When we kicked off, we wanted a spot that felt like home, not just dumbbells and mirrors. Now, it’s all laughter, chaos, badminton breaks, and people pushing past their limits. Everyone’s welcome—first-timers, pros, 20s, 40s, 60s, whoever. You’ll probably be sore, but you’ll never feel left out. Here, you’re part of the tribe.
My Work
All kinds of training, all kinds of people - Personal training, semi-private sessions, group classes, aerial yoga, boxing, kickboxing, strength & conditioning, calisthenics, and ice bath recovery.
Community, not just workouts - We push each other, laugh, and celebrate every win—even surviving samosa+chai weather without breaking discipline.
Every age, every stage - Beginner or pro, 20s or 60s, we create strength programs for women and anyone wanting a custom fit.
Mindset matters - We don’t just count kilos. Confidence, discipline, and showing up for yourself count more.
Fun with form - Expert coaching focused on progress and form, with plenty of laughter. We fly, sometimes fall, but always rise together.
