About Aerial Arts Classes & Workshops
Why I Fly
I started aerial arts because I needed to get out of my head and into my body. Trust me, the fear of falling is real, but every time I get up there, I feel that confidence build. You might think it's all about strength, but half the battle is just letting go of what scares you.
What We Do
Our classes mix yoga, pilates, dance, and acrobatics. We use hammocks, silk fabric, and hoops hanging from the ceiling. It's not your regular workout - you stretch, climb, hang upside down, and sometimes surprise yourself with moves you didn’t think were possible.
- Aerial yoga for beginners - soft hammocks, flowing poses, upside down fun
- Silk fabric acrobatics - climbing, wrapping, dramatic drops
- Aerial hoop tricks - spins, balances, and poses on a suspended metal ring
- Kids aerial fitness - playful sessions for little monkeys

My Story
We’re Flying Monky. Started by Ansh, who’s a bit of everything - teacher, choreographer, performer. For us, aerial isn’t just a workout, it’s art and a way to shake off stress. Not gonna pretend - flying looks fearless but even we get scared. It’s all about letting go, having fun, and building a tribe. Our best moments? When everyone’s clapping, laughing, and just flying together. Taaliyaan bajti rehni chahiye! (applause should keep going)
