Welcome to my open-air rooftop studio in Najafgarh. Come hang out, fly, and laugh with our community—no prior experience needed.

This is how it all started. A glimpse of us setting up the studio, rolling out the green turf, and hanging the colorful hammocks. We built this space with a lot of love.

The final setup is ready. Our aerial yoga space in Najafgarh is now open for you to come and fly.

Welcome to the first aerial yoga center in Najafgarh. I am standing here, ready to help you connect with the air element.

A few students practicing their balance and leaning back into the hammock. This is a great way to build trust with the fabric.

A full class in session. I love the energy when everyone is in the air, exploring and having fun together.

Laughter is a big part of my classes. Here I am sharing a happy moment with a student.

Another view of a group class, with students at different levels. Everyone works at their own pace.

Just chilling in the hammock. Sometimes the best part is just sitting and swinging.

A happy student enjoying the feeling of being supported by the hammock.

A student in a deep, relaxing inversion. The white hammock looks so peaceful against the green turf.

About Good Vibes at Our Rooftop Studio

I built this rooftop space to make aerial yoga feel accessible, not intimidating. We use open-air ventilation, high-quality tricot hammocks, and soft green turf flooring to keep things comfortable while you learn the basics of flying, flipping, and relaxing.

It is not just about getting upside down. My rooftop studio in Najafgarh is built to give you a break from the noise of the city. We practice in a semi-open space with high-quality tricot hammocks that hold you securely while you stretch.

Whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to fix back pain, we keep it simple. We start with breathing and basic trust-building exercises with the fabric, then move into gentle inversions like the 'Vampire' or 'Inverted Butterfly' poses. If you are worried about falling or being new to this, do not be. I am there to spot you, guide you, and make sure you feel safe enough to let go.

Why Aerial Yoga?

  • Decompression: Sitting at a desk all day compresses your spine. Hanging inverted gives your discs room to breathe.
  • Fun, Not Routine: We incorporate laughter, play, and 'superhero' style moves for kids and adults alike.
  • Full Support: Our hammocks are rated for full-body weight, so you can practice with total peace of mind.

Come by for a session. Let's hang out, have some fun, and see how good it feels to fly.

I am Arun, and I truly believe yoga should not feel like a chore. I created this rooftop setup so you can leave the serious poses at the door and just enjoy the process of learning to fly, stretch, and reset your mind.
