About Yoga Instruction

Yoga, for me, is about more than just asanas. I follow the idea: Yogas-citta-vrtti-nirodhah - calming the mind, not just moving the body. My practice stands on Satya, Tap, Daya, Daan (truth, discipline, compassion, charity). I believe yoga helps you evolve in every way, and I always remind students - Aatmdeepo Bhava (be your own light).

How I Teach

With my background as a sports therapist and certified yoga teacher, I combine precise alignment with a friendly, no-nonsense approach. Expect clear, simple instructions - things like “pair seedha karo” (straighten your leg) and “peeche dekho” (look behind). I focus on injury-safe yoga practice, using hands-on adjustments, and make sure you go at your own pace. Sometimes progress feels slow, but practice brings results.

What We Work On

  • Hatha, Power, Flow, and mix yoga styles
  • Yoga for flexibility and strength: hips, shoulders, backbends, full-body stretching
  • Weight management programs (loss or gain)
  • Therapeutic yoga sessions for injury or health issues
  • Pranayama and meditation coaching for mental wellness
  • Advanced asanas (headstand, handstand, arm balances) if you’re ready

Who Can Join

All levels welcome - total beginners to pros. I’ve taught everyone from gymnasts to adults in their 40s. Fitness level doesn’t matter, just your willingness.

Class Options

I offer one-on-one yoga for athletes and others, both online and in-person (Noida & Delhi). Group sessions too, with small batches so everyone gets attention.

What You Need

Bring a mat, two yoga blocks, and a strap. That’s it. Let’s start where you are and move forward together.

My Story

Hey, I’m Aviraj. Been a national-level player, lived through injuries, wins, losses. From Kabaddi mats to cricket grounds, worked as physio for pros, even legends like Suresh Raina and Shikhar Dhawan. But honestly, yoga and healing aren’t just for athletes. I see impossible things happen every day—kids, beginners, anyone really. Yoga’s my way to help folks grow, mend, and feel strong. I’m here to guide you, no matter where you start.

Injury-Safe Yoga Practice - Classes focus on alignment and safety, mixing English and Hindi instructions, so it feels natural.

Panchkarma Healing Treatments - Certified in Panchkarma; I treat sciatica, back, knee pain, and more, using holistic therapies.
