Yoga for me is all about man ka sukoon (peace of mind). In this fast-paced world, it’s the one thing that helps me slow down and reconnect with myself. If you’re looking for a break from the constant rush, yoga is that pause.
What We Do
I keep it real - yoga isn’t just about fancy poses. It’s about syncing your breath, body, and mind. In my classes, you’ll find:
- Asanas for strength and balance
- Pranayama to calm your nerves
- Mindfulness meditation for beginners to quiet your mind
Our Mandal (Community)
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. I make sure everyone gets personal attention, even in group classes. Our mandal is a mix of men and women, all supporting each other. The vibe is friendly, not intimidating.

Props & Tools
I use props like ropes (rope yoga for spine health), bamboo sticks, yoga wheels, and blocks. These help you stretch deeper and stay safe, especially if you’re new or dealing with injuries.

Jab thaan liya, to thaan liya (Once you decide, you’ve decided). Don’t wait for kal (tomorrow). Every pal (moment) counts.

My Story
Har Har Mahadev! I’m Meenakshi, and honestly, Mahadev is my everything. Jo sukoon mujhe yoga se milta hai, wahi baantna chahti hoon (the peace I find in yoga, I want to share). Life’s not a race, na, it’s slow and steady. Being a mom of two, I know women’s life isn’t easy, but we make the sun rise at home, right? I believe in showing up, fruit fasting, living real. Come, let’s find peace together.
