I believe kids need more than just screen time - they need a space to move, laugh, and find their own man ka sukoon (peace of mind). My classes are all about helping children discover that peace through movement, not by chasing perfection.

Kids have endless energy. I channel that into mindful movement for kids, blending yoga and gymnastics so they get the best of both worlds. Yoga brings calm and focus, while gymnastics lets them jump, roll, and build real strength. It’s not about who’s the best - it’s about building confidence and flexibility that lasts.
What Happens in Class
- Playful yoga poses like Butterfly and Cobra, with lots of stretching and balance work
- Guided breathing to help kids learn to be present
- Fun tumbling, handstands, and obstacle courses for kids flexibility training
- Every child gets hands-on support from me and my team, so they feel safe trying new things

The studio is full of positive energy. Kids cheer each other on, laugh when they wobble, and always hear me say koshish karte raho (keep trying). Effort matters more than results here.

Har Har Mahadev! I’m Meenakshi, and honestly, Mahadev is my everything. Jo sukoon mujhe yoga se milta hai, wahi baantna chahti hoon (the peace I find in yoga, I want to share).
