When you join, we don’t just give you a generic flow; I personally adjust your asanas and breathing based on what your body actually needs right now.
At my studio, we don’t promise miracles. We promise mehnat (hard work) and support. My goal is to help you build a relationship with your body that lasts long after the class ends.

- Personal attention: I keep group classes small, under 15 people, so I can correct your posture and adjust props like ropes or bamboo sticks to your specific capability.
- Beyond weight loss: While many join for fat loss, the biggest shift is usually the man ka sukoon—that deep peace that helps you handle home and work stress better.
- Customized support: Whether it’s PCOS management, recovering from a slip disc, or post-natal weight loss, we don't apply a one-size-fits-all solution. You get a plan that fits your life, not a copy-paste routine.
