Yoga that goes beyond the mat. We combine traditional asanas with dynamic flows to help you build strength, lose weight, and find your calm in the middle of a busy day.

Self-motivation is the key to success. This video shows the dedication of my students, moving from high-energy cardio on an aerobic stepper to building strength with a wall-supported headstand.

Our classes often include multiple workout styles to keep things interesting and effective. Here, a student moves from using blocks for a modified plank to strength training with dumbbells for a complete fitness session.

Even in the winter, my students are committed to their practice because they want results. This video shows a dynamic flow incorporating dumbbells to build strength and endurance.

The journey to fitness can be hard, but the joy of progress is immense. This student is practicing a handstand walk-up, a challenging exercise that builds incredible upper body and core strength.

About this collection

We don't just hold poses. I use props like wall ropes and bamboo sticks to challenge your muscles and ensure you are getting a real workout. Whether you are aiming for weight loss or just want to feel stronger, my sessions focus on steady, consistent effort rather than chasing perfection.

How We Approach Fitness

Yoga isn't just about flexibility. It is about building stamina and finding your 'man ka sukoon' (peace of mind). In our Sector 46 studio, we combine Hatha and Vinyasa flows to create a workout that burns fat and tones the body.

Why Props Matter

To move deeper into poses safely, I incorporate specific tools:

  • Wall Ropes: Used for spinal traction and deep inversion therapy, helping release tension in the back.
  • Bamboo Sticks (Danda Yoga): Essential for fixing posture and opening up the shoulders.
  • Yoga Wheels: These add a layer of challenge and help improve balance.

Join Our Mandal

Classes are held 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) and are limited to 10-15 participants to ensure everyone gets individual attention. This isn't a massive gym where you get lost in the crowd. It is a supportive mandal where we track inch loss and strength milestones together. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your practice, you will find a friendly space here to work on your goals.
