Yoga is better when practiced together. Step into our mandal—a supportive circle in Gurugram where we breathe, move, and grow as one.

Starting your yoga journey is simple. Our beginner-friendly sessions focus on easy-to-follow poses and breathing techniques. No experience is needed, just an open mind.

"Yeh sirf yog abhyas nahi.. ek mandal hai." This isn't just yoga practice, it's a community. We flow, we support, and we grow together.

"Hum to yogi hai." A moment from our group class where everyone is in sync, moving through asanas together. The collective energy makes the practice more powerful.

"Yog hi jeevan ka swaroop hai." Keep trying, and one day everything will fall into place. A student practices a challenging transition, showing the spirit of persistence we cultivate.

"Thak jaati hu, lekin ruku gi nahi." I get tired, but I won't stop, because I have to answer to myself. This is the dedication you'll find in our classes.

A moment of alignment correction in class. I ensure each student gets the guidance they need to practice safely and effectively, helping them move beyond overthinking and into the present moment.

A typical morning in our group yoga class. The energy is always high as we move through different flows and asanas together.

About this collection

In our group sessions at my Sector 46 studio, I don’t just teach from the front. I move between mats, making hands-on adjustments to your posture and ensuring you’re using props like wall ropes or blocks correctly. The energy here is contagious; you’ll often see seasoned members helping beginners, making it a space where everyone actually grows together rather than just competing for a pose.

When I started my studio, I didn't want it to be just another gym where you walk in and walk out. I wanted a mandal (circle). In our group sessions, the collective energy does half the work for you. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, back pain, or just want to shake off the workday stress, you aren't doing it alone.

We practice a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa flows, but we also integrate props like bamboo sticks for posture or wheels for deeper stretches. My group batches are small—limited to 15 people—so you get the individual attention you deserve, even in a shared space. It is not just about flexibility; it is about building a routine that you actually look forward to.

Why join our mandal?

  • Real Community: We share the struggle and the celebration. You will find people from all walks of life supporting each other.
  • Direct Guidance: I personally correct your alignment so you stay safe, especially if you are working with injuries.
  • Holistic Approach: We mix Pranayama and meditation with our flows to ensure you leave with man ka sukoon (peace of mind), not just tired muscles.

We operate 5 days a week in Gurugram, and the studio is a place where you can be yourself. No pretenses, no judgment—just honest effort and progress.
