Why I Do This
I’m Meenakshi, your fitness didi. I’ve been through the same struggles as you - after my shaadi, I gained 10 kgs. Even trainers slip up! Getting back on track wasn’t easy, but I did it, and I know you can too. For me, fitness is a jeevan daan (gift of life), not just about weight loss.
What My Holistic Program Covers
- We mix dance fitness (Zumba/Bollywood), yoga, and strength training so it never gets boring. You’ll see inch loss fast, but we don’t do crash diets or extreme restrictions.
- I’m a foodie, so my mindful eating advice is practical. No starving, just smart choices.
- We do meditation and laughter sessions for mental peace. My studio is a healing space, not just a gym.

My Story
Hello ji, Meenakshi here! You’ve seen my journey - shaadi, happy weight, and then real hard work to lose 10 kg in just 1.5 months. Family means everything - husband, saasu ma, dadi, all together for every festival. I’m not perfect, just real like you. Balancing ghar, kaam, and apna mann ka sukoon (peace of mind) is life. I believe, sabse pehle, work on yourself - for yourself.

What I Do - I run women-only weight loss classes, online yoga sessions for women, dance fitness, and meditation - join online or in my studio.
