About this collection

Props like ropes, bamboo sticks, and yoga wheels are not just for show. They act as a support system that allows you to safely deepen your stretches and maintain correct alignment, even if you are a beginner or dealing with stiffness. By removing the fear of falling or straining, these tools help you focus entirely on your breath and finding that necessary man ka sukoon in every pose.

Many people think yoga requires extreme flexibility from day one, but that is rarely the case. In my studio, props are an essential part of the journey to ensure safety and progress.

Why I Use Props

  • Wall Rope Yoga: These Iyengar-style ropes are a game changer for spinal traction. They help you hang in inversions safely, relieving pressure on the back and neck.
  • Danda Yoga (Bamboo Sticks): We use these to work on shoulder mobility and posture. It is a simple, effective way to keep your spine straight and your chest open.
  • Blocks and Wheels: These assist in poses where you might not reach the floor, helping you stretch the side body or safely transition into backbends without overextending.

Real Results, No Shortcuts

I believe in slow and steady progress. These sessions at my Sector 46 studio are designed to make difficult asanas accessible. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just trying to improve your daily range of motion, these props provide the stability you need to hold, breathe, and actually enjoy the posture. If you are tired of pushing your body to a point of pain, come try a session where we focus on support over struggle.
