Authentic Yoga & Mindfulness Practices in Gurugram
Welcome to my mandal. Here, we do not chase fancy poses; we focus on breathing, proper body alignment, and finding 'man ka sukoon' (peace of mind) together in our Sector 46 studio.
This is what keeps me going. Listen to one of our members share her incredible journey of losing 12 kg in four months through a combination of dedicated yoga practice and mindful diet. Her transformation is a testament to the power of deciding 'thaan liya to thaan liya'.
Our studio is filled with the collective energy of our mandal. Here, you can see a full group class practicing Baddha Konasana, or the Butterfly Pose, which is excellent for opening up the hips and relaxing the lower back. Everyone moves together, supporting each other's practice.
We use rope yoga as a powerful therapy for spine health. In this video, you can see how the ropes help decompress the vertebrae and build core strength, allowing for a deeper and safer backbend. It’s an amazing way to feel light and aligned.
I design special yoga flows to support women's health, particularly for managing PCOS and PCOD. This is the Malasana, or Garland Pose, which is fantastic for opening the pelvic floor and improving reproductive health. Your well being is my priority.
Yoga is also about play and connection. Here, our members are having fun with Acro yoga, a practice that blends yoga with acrobatics. It builds trust, communication, and a lot of laughter in our community.
At the heart of my practice is the search for a deeper connection. This is me in a moment of quiet meditation, connecting my aacharan (conduct) and atma (soul) with Mahadev. This is the ultimate goal, the 'man ka sukoon' I hope to share with you.
Using props like these bamboo sticks, or 'dandas', helps us achieve better alignment and deeper stretches. In this Danda Yoga session, students are using the stick to support their Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), enhancing stability and extension.
About this collection
My classes are about real progress, not just social media trends. Whether it is using wall ropes for spine health or bamboo danda sticks for shoulder alignment, every prop I use has a purpose. You are not just joining a gym—you are becoming part of a mandal where we hold each other accountable and celebrate every small win.
I keep my practice rooted in the basics because that is where the real change happens. When you walk into my studio in Sector 46, do not expect to be rushed. We focus on syncing your breath with your movement, whether you are here for a high-energy Vinyasa flow or a calming Pranayama session.
My approach relies heavily on traditional props. If you are struggling with back pain, the wall ropes help decompress your spine safely. If you have been hunched over a laptop, our bamboo danda sticks help correct your posture and open up your chest. We also integrate yoga wheels to add challenge and stability to your asanas.
This is a space for everyone. It does not matter if you cannot touch your toes or if you have never stepped on a mat. We have members who started with us for weight loss and stayed for the sense of peace they found. We work hard, we sweat, but we also find time to laugh, share, and support each other through our respective journeys. Jab thaan liya, to thaan liya—if you are ready to put in the work, I am here to help you get there.
