In a city that never stops, finding a moment of silence can feel impossible. My pranayama and meditation classes are designed to help you slow down, sync your breath, and rediscover your inner calm.

On the auspicious day of Ashtami, we practiced meditation to connect with the divine energy of Maa Mahagauri. Focusing on our breath and chanting mantras helps to find purity, peace, and wisdom within.

What do you get from yoga? "Man ka sukoon" (peace of mind). This simple truth is at the core of every practice, helping us find stillness in a chaotic world.

A morning Pranayama practice in session. Here, students are practicing Bhramari (Bee Breath), a calming breathing technique that soothes the mind and releases tension.

About Pranayama & Meditation: The Path to Inner Peace

Many students come to me thinking meditation means emptying the mind completely. I teach that it is actually about observing your thoughts without judgment. We start each session with 10 to 15 minutes of guided Bhramari (Bee Breath) or Nadi Shodhana to settle the nervous system before we move into stillness, making the practice accessible even if you have never meditated before.
