Batch Structure

- Timing: Choice of Morning (7 AM - 9 AM) or Evening (5 PM - 9 PM) slots.

- Striking: Correction of stance, punch release, and retraction.
- Syllabus: Integration of boxing punches with basic kicks and defense checks.
- Pad Work: Focus mitt rounds with coaches for accuracy.
Facility & Equipment
- Cooling: Wall-mounted fans and air coolers (Non-AC).
- Flooring: 25mm EVA interlocking puzzle mats.
- Conditioning: Usage of heavy bags, jump ropes, and agility ladders.
Quarterly Advanced Program
Commitment Scope
- Duration: 3 months prepaid unlimited access.
- Cost Benefit: Lower effective monthly cost than the standard plan.
Advanced Curriculum
- Sparring: Eligibility for Friday controlled contact sparring sessions.
- Defense: Advanced drills for head movement, parrying, and counter-attacking.
- Strategy: Training on cutting off the ring and angle management.
Additional Access
- Gear: Use of shared academy gloves and headguards.
- Strength: Full access to medicine balls, dumbbells, and weight plates.
- Mentorship: Specific feedback on Fight IQ and mental resilience.
1-on-1 Technical PT

About Kickboxing Classes
Real Training, No Shortcuts
If you want kickboxing classes where you just sweat and leave, this isn’t that. I’m all about technical mastery, not just making you tired. Like I always say, Vijayee vahi hota hai jo raat din apne ko kooda kar de (Only those win who work day and night, grinding themselves down). Consistency matters here.
Who Fits In

My Approach
- Foundation First: We start with the basics: stance, boxing footwork, and punches. You don’t build a house on sand.
- Conditioning: Get ready for intense cardio, strength moves, and agility ladders. You need stamina or your technique is useless.
- Drills & Application: Pad work for combos, heavy bag for power, shadow boxing for rhythm. Every tool has a purpose.
- Sparring: Supervised and technical, never reckless. This is where all the kickboxing footwork drills and combos come together.
The Routine
- Six days a week, Monday to Saturday
- Two hour sessions: Pick morning (7-9 AM) or evening (5-7 or 7-9 PM)
- Show up, stay regular, see change

My Story
Namaste doston, Rahul here. 2021 se academy chal rahi hai. Boxing for me? It's peace, it's escape. Jab dimag thak jata hai, I hit the bag. Zehni qaide se faraar (mental prison break), you know? Old-school boxing ka junoon hai – USSR style, Tyson ka peek-a-boo, pura technique pe focus. Yahan shortcut nahi milta, sirf mehnat. Family banani hai – fighters who live discipline and determination.
