Class Structure
- Schedule: 12 sessions per month, typically held on alternate days (e.g., Mon-Wed-Fri).
- Duration: 60 minutes of high energy training per session.
- Batch Size: Mixed group setting with a student to instructor ratio of approximately 15:1.
Training Drills
- Conditioning: Rigorous warm ups with bodyweight exercises like push ups and burpees on mats or grass.
- Technique: Shadow boxing, line drills for form correction, and basic Kata forms.
- Contact Work: Partner based drills using shared focus mitts and kick shields.
Venue & Vibe
- Location: Training takes place at designated partner school halls or outdoor parks in Chandigarh.
- Environment: Rugged, non AC training environment with natural ventilation.
- Culture: Strong focus on discipline, respect, and Dojo rules.
At-Home Personal Training

Why I Train
Martial arts is not just a hobby for me - it’s in my blood. I live by the idea that today’s pain becomes tomorrow’s strength. Training isn’t just about moves, it’s about sticking together too. Like I always say, “Ek bhai hamesha aapke saath khada rahega” (A brother will always stand by you). If you train with me, you’re part of my family.
What My Training Looks Like
I teach a mix of kickboxing and street fight defence techniques that actually work in real life. My sessions aren’t just for fighters - anyone can join. Here’s what we focus on:
- Cardio kickboxing workout to push your stamina
- Basic strength and flexibility - so you get stronger, not just tired
- Self-defence for beginners, including how to handle grabs, blocks, and escapes
- Real scenario drills, not just fancy gym moves
- Pad work, mitt drills, and shadow boxing to build your power and technique
- Safe sparring practice for those who want to test skills in a controlled way
Who Can Join
Doesn’t matter if you’re totally new or you’ve trained before. I teach kids, teens, and adults. What matters is you show up ready to try.
Where We Train
I’m flexible - we can train at your place, outside in a park, or at my setup in Shishu Niketan Public School, Sector 43/A, Chandigarh. Wherever you feel comfortable, we can make it work.

My Story
Hey, we’re Universal Martial Arts. Training is just what we do, every day, everywhere. Our family’s always together – park, dojo, even at home, learning from our guru Satish Kumar. Medals, tournaments, Diwali, new cars, all of it, we celebrate as a team. My little brother’s a black belt too, proud moment. For us, martial arts isn’t a job, it’s family, it’s life.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Classes - We teach Shotokan Karate, kickboxing, Surya Namaskar, abs workouts, and self-defence Hindi tutorials.
All Ages Welcome - Kids, teens, adults – everyone can join. Classes are safe, fun, and supportive.
Karate Belt Grading & Competition Prep - We coach students for karate belt grading and national competitions. Lots of medals, lots of sweat.
Learning Under Guru Satish Kumar - We train and teach under our director and chief coach, Satish Kumar. He’s our guide.
