About Strength & Conditioning: Building the Engine

We do not use fancy weight machines that isolate single muscles. Our conditioning is designed around what actually happens in the ring: quick footwork, explosive punches, and the stamina to stay upright for the full duration. You will be doing pull-ups, agility ladder drills, and 120-minute sessions that focus on functional strength, ensuring your muscles serve your fighting technique rather than just looking good in a mirror.
