Monthly Standard Membership
Training Access
- Format: Open gym style group coaching in a raw, open air facility (tin roof, fans, natural ventilation).
- Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with flexible entry during morning or evening operational hours.
- Duration: Typical sessions run 90 to 120 minutes.
Daily Regimen
- Conditioning: Outdoor roadwork (running 5km to 10km) on local dirt tracks and bodyweight calisthenics (pushups, sit ups).
- Technique: Instruction on boxing stance, guard, movement, and punch combinations.
- Drills: Heavy bag work using USI/Xtremex bags and agility ladder footwork on concrete surfaces.
Facilities & Gear
- Ring: Access to full size professional boxing ring for movement drills.
- Sparring: Supervised full contact sparring sessions on Fridays with headgear.
- Equipment: Use of communal boxing gloves and headguards.
Quarterly Intensive Program
Skill Progression
- Advanced Techniques: Transition from basic footwork to complex defensive maneuvers like slipping, rolling, and counter punching over a 12 week arc.
- Mentorship: Direct feedback from the Head Coach on fighting style and mentality.
Physical Goals
- Weight Loss: Sustained high intensity interval training (HIIT) via boxing drills designed for high calorie burn.
- Conditioning: Progressive increase in stamina and physical endurance standards.
Additional Guidance
- Nutrition: Verbal guidance on traditional "Desi" fighter diets (natural foods, milk, almonds, chana) rather than supplement plans.
- Gear Consultation: Advice on purchasing personal equipment (wraps, mouthguard, gloves) for long term hygiene.

- Access: Full unlimited training privileges 6 days a week including all facility, ring, and equipment usage.

Why I Do This
For me, the real fight is always with yourself. Yeh ladai khud se hai. I started this to help people find their own strength, both in body and mind. Boxing here isn't just about learning to punch—it's about building the guts (jigar) to face anything, and earning respect for yourself.

How We Train
- Every session is a full-body workout, not just throwing punches
- Start with high-intensity warm-ups: running, skipping, drills
- Then, basics of boxing: shadow boxing, pad work, heavy bag
- Controlled sparring for all levels, including kids—Friday is usually sparring day
- Always 2-3 coaches on the floor, so no one feels lost

Where We Train
We run classes 6 days a week in Burari and Defence Colony, Delhi. Indoor and outdoor space, real boxing ring, full setup. Here, it’s all about the grind—mehnat karni padegi (you’ll have to work hard), but the change is real.

My Story
Har Har Mahadev. People keep saying, padhai sab kuch hai (studies are everything), but I always believed my real strength is my hunar (talent). So, I made my own road. Boxing is not just a sport for me, it’s a fight with your own self. Bheed se nahi, jigar se jeeti jaati hai (not won by crowd, but by courage). I teach my students to be real 'Khadku' – champions, not just in the ring, but in life.

How We Train - Yahan sirf boxing nahi, discipline aur jigar bhi sikhte hain. Mehnat mandatory hai, excuses nahi chalte.
Who Can Join - Kid ho, pro ho, ladka ya ladki, agar fight karne ka will hai toh welcome. Serious ho toh fighter bana denge.
Academy Experience - Ring mein hi asli training hoti hai. Expect hands-on, intense sessions. 'Maaro, maaro! Speed la!' – tough love, real results.
