Muay Thai, for me, is not just about throwing punches and kicks. It’s about sticking to your word - apne aap se commitment (commitment to yourself). If you’re looking for a quick fix, this isn’t it. You have to bring your mind, heart, and spirit into every class. I teach with the same passion I’ve had since childhood, and I expect you to show up with focus and resilience.

Anyone can start. I work with first-timers, seasoned fighters, people wanting to get fit, or just those looking for a solid outlet. Here’s what you get:

How We Train
Muay Thai is the ‘Art of 8 Limbs’ - every move has a reason. I break down the logic behind punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Mistakes happen, galatiyan sab karte hain, main samjhata hoon (everyone makes mistakes, I explain). Classes usually look like this:
- Warm-up and stretching
- Technique drills till your form is solid
- Pad work and heavy bag combos
- Partner drills for controlled practice
- Conditioning that builds real toughness - Shaabash! (well done) when you push past your limits
More Than Just a Workout
You’ll learn discipline, focus, and how to stay calm under pressure. It’s about knowing marna kaise hai, bachna kaise hai (how to strike, how to defend). The confidence you build here goes way beyond the gym.

I offer group classes, women-only batches, and personal training. Whatever suits your style and pace.

Kids Muay Thai Academy - Bachchon ko strong banana hai, physically aur mentally. Future champions ko taiyar karte hain.
NSQF Certified Trainers & Traditions - NSQF certified trainers hain, pooja aur ceremonies bhi hoti hain. Academy hai, sirf gym nahi.
