Monthly Boxing & Conditioning
Schedule & Training
- Frequency: Access to classes 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 2 hour sessions available in Morning or Evening batches.
- Technique: Covers fundamental footwork, USSR boxing mechanics, and Peek-a-boo defense drills.
- Coaching: Includes floor supervision and regular 1 on 1 mitt work (pad training).
Facility & Equipment
- Environment: Raw, non AC industrial setup cooled by wall mounted fans.
- Surface: Training happens on standard EVA foam puzzle mats (no elevated ring).
- Gear: Access to shared heavy bags, speed balls, and tractor tires for strength conditioning.
Sparring
- Drills: Guided technical sparring and reaction drills.
- Live Sessions: Supervised sparring on Saturdays (headgear provided).
Quarterly Advanced Package
Validity & Value
- Duration: Prepaid access to all group batches for 3 full months.
- Savings: Reduced effective monthly cost compared to the standard monthly plan.
Progression & Competition
- Advanced Training: Focus on complex combinations and specialized movement drills.
- Fight Team: Eligibility to train for Open National championships subject to skill assessment.
Guidance & Gear
- Support: Includes access to weight management advice and diet planning.
- Equipment Note: Full access to all facility equipment; purchasing personal gloves and wraps is recommended for long term hygiene.
About Boxing Training
No Shortcuts, Only Hard Work
Boxing is simple, but not easy. At Traditional Boxing Academy, I believe only those who grind get results - mehnat ka koi chakkar nahi (no shortcut to hard work). Here, you learn to fight smart, with discipline and consistency.
How We Train
Classes run Monday to Saturday, mornings and evenings. We train in groups - beginners, pros, all together. You’ll get personal attention, but also the energy of a team. No matter your starting point, you’ll pick up the technical stuff:
- Punches: You’ll drill every punch - jab, cross, hook, uppercut - till it’s natural.
- Boxing footwork drills: We treat footwork like a dance. Balance, movement, ring control - sab pe kaam hota hai (we work on everything).
- Defensive boxing skills: Guard up! We cover slipping, weaving, blocking, parrying, all that.
Styles & Sparring
Once basics are set, I introduce you to deeper boxing styles - USSR style footwork, Peek-a-boo defense, and how to adapt them. Sparring sessions for amateurs are supervised and only for those ready.
For Anyone with Will
Whether you want self-defense, fitness, or medals, you fit in here. No age bar. Our intense training and diet tips help with fitness and even serious weight loss.

My Story
Namaste doston, Rahul here. 2021 se academy chal rahi hai. Boxing for me? It's peace, it's escape. Jab dimag thak jata hai, I hit the bag. Zehni qaide se faraar (mental prison break), you know? Old-school boxing ka junoon hai – USSR style, Tyson ka peek-a-boo, pura technique pe focus. Yahan shortcut nahi milta, sirf mehnat. Family banani hai – fighters who live discipline and determination.
