- Kickboxing: Dynamic kickboxing drills mix Western boxing with strong kicks for fitness and self-defense.

What Training Feels Like
Sessions are intense. Shadow boxing, heavy bag, pad work, and controlled sparring. We grind on conditioning, footwork, and core strength. Mindset is key - pushing limits, breaking barriers.

Our team’s got deep roots - Coach Gaurav, Udit Negi (straight from Thailand), Sensei Vikas, and Sidharth Sejwal. You learn from folks who live for martial arts.
