Monthly Striking Access
Core Training Access
- Unlimited Entry: Access to all Striking and MMA batches scheduled Monday through Saturday.
- Flexible Slots: Attend morning (approx. 8 AM) or evening (5 PM - 9 PM) sessions.
- Disciplines: Covers Western Boxing hands/head movement, Muay Thai clinch/knees, and Kickboxing drills.
Facility & Atmosphere
- Hardcore Setup: Basement/Ground floor unit with standard EVA jigsaw mats and wall fans (Non-AC environment).
- Equipment: Shared USI Universal heavy bags, XPEED kick shields, and focus mitts.
- Conditioning: Functional strength tools including tire flips, sledgehammers, battle ropes, and pull-up bars.
Coaching Structure
- Group Format: Drills and conditioning in batches of 10-15 students under national-level coaches.
- Gear: Shared community gloves available, though personal hand wraps and gloves are recommended for hygiene.

My Story
We’re Art of Defense, right smack in Delhi. It’s not just punching bags and sweaty mats here – it’s home, yaar. You’ll see all sorts, from tiny kids in gi to grown-ups chasing fitness or self-defense. Our coaches, like Udit and Vikas, push us hard but celebrate every win, big or small. Doesn’t matter if you’re clueless or a champ, we stick together. We hustle, learn, mess up, get better. Sabko welcome hai. (Everyone’s welcome.)
My Work
All-in-one combat sports classes - We teach MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai for beginners, Wrestling, BJJ, Crossfit, plus weight and personal training.
For kids, adults, and women - Separate batches for kids, grown-ups, and women’s self-defense. No experience needed, just show up.
