About Live Sparring: Putting Skills to the Test

Sparring is a conversation, not a street fight. In my sessions, we focus on control and rhythm, not just landing hard shots. When you spar here, it is strictly supervised. You aren't here to hurt your partner, but to learn how to manage distance, keep your hands up when you are tired, and apply the combinations we practice on the pads. If you are looking for a reckless brawl, you won't find it here. We are here to refine your fight IQ and keep you safe while you learn.
