Schedule & Format
- Frequency: Training available 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 2-hour sessions offering approximately 50 hours of training per month.
- Style: Group instruction led by Head Coach Rahul focusing on USSR-influenced technical boxing.
Training Curriculum
- Fundamentals: Progression from agility ladder footwork to basic punch combinations (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut).
- Conditioning: Includes high-volume rope skipping, tire flipping, outdoor road running, and bodyweight strength work.
- Application: Controlled partner drills and supervised light technical sparring.
Facility & Equipment
- Environment: 4th-floor rugged gym layout cooled by industrial air coolers (No Central AC).
- Gear Access: Use of communal heavy bags, wall-mounted pads, and shared protective equipment.

About Youth Boxing
No Shortcuts, Just Hard Work
Boxing mein shortcut nahi hota (There's no shortcut in boxing). Here, I push for consistency over quick wins. What I care about most is building real discipline, strength, and the right mindset in every young boxer.
How I Train Young Fighters
- My style? Train hard, fight smart. I break things down from the very basics - stance, footwork, jab, hook, uppercut, combos.
- Defense is a big deal - slips, rolls, parrying, solid guard. You can’t skip this if you want to be any good.
- Physical training is tough but worth it - skipping, running, battle ropes, strength moves like deadlifts and push-ups. Agility ladders, tire flips - sab karte hain (we do it all).
- I follow scientific training principles, not random drills.
- More than boxing classes for kids, it’s about building discipline in young athletes.

- Boxing isn’t just about learning to fight. It’s about confidence, focus, and handling life’s challenges.

- If your kid wants to compete, there’s a path. We train for youth boxing competitions and have students who’ve won medals.

- Located in GTB Nagar, North Delhi. Training 6 days a week.

My Story
Namaste doston, Rahul here. 2021 se academy chal rahi hai. Boxing for me? It's peace, it's escape. Jab dimag thak jata hai, I hit the bag. Zehni qaide se faraar (mental prison break), you know? Old-school boxing ka junoon hai – USSR style, Tyson ka peek-a-boo, pura technique pe focus. Yahan shortcut nahi milta, sirf mehnat. Family banani hai – fighters who live discipline and determination.
