What Jai Su Means To Me

I’m Kabir and for me, Muay Thai is all about having 'Jai Su'—the fighter’s heart. It’s not just throwing punches and kicks, it’s about confidence and grit. I learned this on the mats in Thailand, getting knocked around until I figured out how to keep my cool, no matter what. That’s what I bring to every session here.

With 15+ years in the game, including time at Sitmonchai gym, I teach Muay Thai the way it’s supposed to be. No shortcuts, no fancy stuff—just the art of eight limbs, hard work, and real technique. You’ll sweat, you’ll get tired, but you’ll see what you’re made of.

Anyone. Seriously. If you’ve never punched before or you’ve already got some skills, there’s a spot for you. I put extra focus into self-defense training for women, helping you find real confidence and strength. We’re building a community, not just a gym.

Personal Or Group?

You can train one-on-one with me for the fastest progress, or jump into small group classes where the energy is high and everyone pushes each other. Classes run most evenings.

My Story

Hey, I’m Kabir. Muay Thai’s been my jam for 15+ years. I trained in Thailand, got my hands wrapped by Kongfah Sitmonchai himself before a fight. Sweat, bruises, all of it. Named my academy 'JaiSu' coz it means ‘fighter’s heart’ in Thai. That’s what I want for you – not just tough, but calm and steady when life throws punches. You fall, you get up, and you learn. That’s what it’s all about here.
