Monthly Unlimited Striking Membership
Core Training Access
- Unlimited Classes: Entry to all scheduled sessions covering Western Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai (Art of 8 Limbs).
- Champion Coaching: Technical instruction provided directly by active professional fighters, including Matrix Fight Night (MFN) champions.
- Schedule: Classes available 5 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun) with morning and evening slots.
Facility & Equipment
- The Cage: Access to MMA mesh fencing for wall wrestling and striking pressure drills.
- Training Surface: 25mm to 30mm EVA foam puzzle mats for joint protection.
- Striking Stations: Usage of Invincible brand synthetic leather heavy bags for power endurance.
- Conditioning: Access to shared outdoor turf area for warm ups and metabolic drills.
- Environment: Industrial wall fans setup for a raw, high intensity training environment.
Session Details
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.
- Sparring: Controlled technical sparring included for advanced students (mouthguard and shin pads mandatory).
- Gear Policy: Members are required to purchase personal gloves (12oz to 16oz), hand wraps, and shin guards.

Personalized Instruction
- Dedicated Focus: 100 percent attention from the coach to correct micro details in stance, footwork, and mechanics.
- Professional Pad Work: Coach wears belly pad and focus mitts to act as a live target, simulating fight rhythm without the damage.
- Custom Curriculum: Training tailored to specific goals, ranging from weight loss to pro fighter skill development.
Training Environment
- Privacy: Sessions conducted in a less crowded section of the mat or the cage to reduce performance anxiety.
- Custom Pacing: Intensity is adjusted entirely to the client's fitness level rather than the group average.
- Flexible Timing: Ability to book slots outside of standard class hours (typically mid day slots).

Who’s Coaching You
Our coaches are champs and pro fighters - not just hype, they’ve done it in the ring. Chungreng Koren (MFN Bantamweight Champ), Seth Rosario (kickboxing legend), Sahil Rana (precision striker), plus Shivam and Rahul Thapa. We also bring in outside masters for seminars, so you always get fresh technique.
How We Train
- Hardcore on basics: footwork, guard, combos. If your foundation isn’t solid, nothing is.
- Fight-ready striking drills and Muay Thai pad work sessions.
- Controlled sparring, heavy bag rounds, partner work.
- We teach you how to take a hit, lose the fear, and gain real confidence.

Hey, we’re The Combat Lab. Started from scratch, no frills, just pure passion for martial arts. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie, a kid, or a champ chasing a belt – there’s a spot for you. Our crew’s got champs, but it’s not all serious faces. Good vibes, big laughs, and tough rolls. We’re not just a gym, we’re a wild bunch, a family.
