About Our Training Environment
In our GTB Nagar academy, you won't find flashy amenities, but you will find a team that pushes you. We train six days a week on 25mm EVA mats, and every session is about technical accuracy over ego. Whether you are a total beginner or prepping for a bout, you are here to learn the science of boxing—not just to sweat.
Our academy culture is built on the philosophy that boxing is a path to mental resilience. I focus heavily on the USSR boxing method because it works; it prioritizes biomechanics, defensive footwork, and technical precision. We don't do shortcuts. If you show up, you can expect intense conditioning, pad work for accuracy, and technical drills that build your Fight IQ.
We train in a non-AC environment in North Delhi, which keeps the focus purely on the grit required for the sport. This is a shared space for men and women of all levels to practice together. We have high-volume cardio, heavy bag work, and supervised sparring for those who are ready to test their skills. You aren't just learning to punch; you are learning how to handle the physical and mental challenge of the ring.
