- Total Duration: 50 to 60 minutes covering warm-up, drills, and cool down.
- Warm-up: 5 to 10 minutes of dynamic stretching, rope skipping, and shadow boxing.
- Technique: Instruction on stance, guard, and basic striking mechanics like jabs, crosses, and hooks.
- Main Event: 25 to 30 minutes of high-intensity pad work striking focus mitts or Thai pads.
Equipment & Facility
- Gear Provided: Professional focus pads and kicking shields.
- Client Gear: Basic gloves available on loan, but personal wraps and gloves recommended for hygiene.
- Location: Conducted in the open functional training area with rubberized flooring.
- Focus: Cardiovascular endurance and calorie burning.
Monthly Transformation Package
Schedule
- Volume: 12 sessions per month.
- Frequency: Recommended 3 days per week to ensure consistency.
- Booking: Fixed time slots pre-booked with the trainer.
