This is a snapshot of what we do at the Traditional Boxing Academy. We focus on real technique, intense conditioning, and the discipline it takes to become a fighter, whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or competition. This is where the hard work begins.
The Boxing Series: Technical Lessons
I believe that a strong house must be built on a solid foundation. In this "Boxing Series," I break down the core fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing, from basic stance and punches to advanced defensive maneuvers and footwork. Each lesson is a step towards technical mastery.
Live Sparring: Putting Skills to the Test
This is where all the drills and conditioning come together. Sparring at my academy is always technical and supervised, never reckless. It's an opportunity for students, both men and women, to test their kickboxing skills, timing, and composure in a safe, controlled, and challenging environment.
Drills: Pad Work, Bag Work & Footwork
Repetition is the mother of skill. We use a variety of tools to sharpen your technique, including focused pad work for combinations and accuracy, heavy bag work for power, and shadow boxing for rhythm and form. Every drill has a purpose in building a complete fighter.
Strength & Conditioning: Building the Engine
I always say that technique is useless without the stamina to apply it. Our training goes beyond just punching and kicking. We build a powerful physical foundation through intense cardio, bodyweight exercises, agility drills, and weight training to ensure you are always fight-ready.
Our Training Environment
We are more than just a gym; we are a team, a family. Men and women, beginners and advanced fighters, all train together, pushing and supporting one another. This is a place of focus, discipline, and mutual respect.
The Fighter's Mindset
Boxing is more than a sport; it is a path to mental peace and resilience. I believe that the discipline and hardship of training forge a mind that is tougher than any challenge life can throw at you. This is where we build the "sukoon" (peace) of a warrior.
