The Workout
- Conditioning: Strength drills using tractor tires, battle ropes, and agility ladders.
- Drills: Shadow boxing correction, heavy bag work, and partner drills under direct supervision.
- Environment: Non-AC, high-ventilation "raw" gym setting with puzzle mats and loud, direct instruction.
Facility Usage
- Full access to the MMA Cage for ring-generalship drills.
- Communal heavy bags and ropes.

What I Believe
Hamara funda simple hai - get fit, learn to fight, and bounce back every time. Striking isn’t just about throwing punches; I teach how to stand tall after being knocked down, with consistency and discipline.
What Happens in Striking Classes
I mix three powerful styles: boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai basics. You’ll learn the science of hitting without getting hit, plus how to use fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Classes are designed for fitness, self-defense, or even preparing for competition.
Who Can Join? (Sabke liye hai!)
Never thrown a punch? You’ll fit right in. I have beginner-friendly martial arts class batches that start from zero. Women, girls, kids, teens, and aspiring fighters - everyone trains together. Safety and support are key, and we’ve got a strong, mixed community.
What Training Looks Like
Each session is full-body:
- Strength and conditioning (expect tire flips, ropes, kettlebells)
- Technique drills (shadow boxing, pad work, fixing those chhoti galtiyan - small mistakes)
- Heavy bag work for power
- Safe sparring environment with controlled intensity, so you learn under pressure, not fear

My Story
Hum Knockout MMA GTB Nagar hain. Gym nahi, family hai - sab ek dusre ko push karte hain, chaahe Ninja kids ho ya pro fighters. Yahan har koi champion banne ki koshish kar raha hai, ring mein bhi, zindagi mein bhi. Sanjay bhai ka accident hua tha, poori team saath thi - yahi hai hamari bonding. Hamare yahan ladna hi nahi, saath bhi sikhte hain. Jab aap join karte ho, member nahi, team ka hissa bante ho.
