Monthly Boxing & Kickboxing Plan
Training Schedule
- Days: Access 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Blocks: Choose between Morning (6:00 AM to 11:00 AM) or Evening (5:30 PM to 10:00 PM) slots.
- Format: Group instruction (approx. 10 to 15 students) combined with dedicated 1 on 1 pad work with the Head Coach or senior assistants.
- Techniques: Covers Boxing (hands), Kickboxing (hands and legs), and Muay Thai elements (knees and elbows).
Facility & Equipment
- Combat Zone: Usage of EVA foam matted area and hanging heavy bags (4ft to 6ft), wall mounted uppercut bags, and focus mitts.
- Conditioning: Access to functional fitness tools including tractor tyres, sledgehammers, and battling ropes.
- Gear: Access to communal house gloves and shin guards (personal gear recommended for hygiene).
Amenities
- Parking: Free Valet Parking service included.
- Recovery: Access to Steam Room and Shower facilities.
- Tracking: 1 complimentary Body Composition Analysis (BCA) per month.
Quarterly Boxing & Kickboxing Plan
Advanced Training Access
- Validity: 90 days of unlimited access to all Boxing, Kickboxing, and conditioning slots (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM).
- Sparring: Eligibility to participate in controlled light contact sparring sessions (typically Saturdays) after the first month of conditioning.
- Open Gym: Ability to use the cardio and weights section (Treadmills, Dumbbells, Squat Racks) outside of scheduled class hours.
Skill Progression
- Curriculum: Structured movement from basic stance to complex combinations and defensive maneuvers over 12 weeks.
- Coaching: Frequent form correction during focus mitt drills with the Head Coach.
- Bootcamps: Includes high intensity group conditioning drills designed for fat loss.
Facilities & Perks
- Convenience: Free Valet Parking included for all visits.
- Amenities: Full access to Steam Room, Showers, and Lockers.
- Assessments: 3 Body Composition Analysis sessions to track progress over the quarter.

Mindset is everything. Either you walk like king, or you walk like you don’t care who the king is. That’s how I train my people. Here, it’s not just about sweating for fitness - it’s about levelling up your attitude, just like a fighter does.
What You’ll Get
You’ll train with me for real high intensity boxing workout mixed with kickboxing skills. No shortcuts, no magic pills - just straight-up hard work and hustle. We keep things simple and tough. Main steroids-vagera mein believe nahi karta (I don’t believe in steroids and all that).
Who’s Welcome?
Anyone who wants to train. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or you’ve thrown punches before. Men, women, teenagers - sab aa sakte hain (everyone can join). I’m big on female empowerment through martial arts, so you’ll see a lot of strong women training here. Height, weight - doesn’t matter. It’s all about your fight.
How Sessions Go
Every session is different, but basics are always solid:
- Pad work (I hold the mitts, you punch and kick)
- Heavy bag drills for power and endurance
- Footwork, movement, shadow boxing
- Controlled sparring for those ready, safety gear always
- Strength and conditioning - barbell squats, tire flips, core work
Beyond Fitness
It’s not just training, it’s stress relief boxing training. Channel your stress, frustration, and anger into every punch and kick. You’ll learn discipline, patience, and that stubborn never-give-up attitude. Consistency is the only shortcut.
Our Space
We train barefoot on matted floors in my center at Tagore Garden. It’s a real team vibe - jo bhi aata hai, ek dusre ko support karta hai (whoever comes, supports each other). The walls say ‘BELIEVE IN YOURSELF’ for a reason.

Naam Jamshed Khan hai mera. Log bolte hain, 'naam banao', par mere liye asli izzat gym ke andar milti hai - paseena, mehnat, aur team ke saath.
