My Style, My Rules
Mindset is everything. Either you walk like king, or you walk like you don’t care who the king is. That’s how I train my people. Here, it’s not just about sweating for fitness - it’s about levelling up your attitude, just like a fighter does.
What You’ll Get
You’ll train with me for real high intensity boxing workout mixed with kickboxing skills. No shortcuts, no magic pills - just straight-up hard work and hustle. We keep things simple and tough. Main steroids-vagera mein believe nahi karta (I don’t believe in steroids and all that).
Who’s Welcome?
Anyone who wants to train. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or you’ve thrown punches before. Men, women, teenagers - sab aa sakte hain (everyone can join). I’m big on female empowerment through martial arts, so you’ll see a lot of strong women training here. Height, weight - doesn’t matter. It’s all about your fight.
How Sessions Go
Every session is different, but basics are always solid:
- Pad work (I hold the mitts, you punch and kick)
- Heavy bag drills for power and endurance
- Footwork, movement, shadow boxing
- Controlled sparring for those ready, safety gear always
- Strength and conditioning - barbell squats, tire flips, core work
Beyond Fitness
It’s not just training, it’s stress relief boxing training. Channel your stress, frustration, and anger into every punch and kick. You’ll learn discipline, patience, and that stubborn never-give-up attitude. Consistency is the only shortcut.
Our Space
We train barefoot on matted floors in my center at Tagore Garden. It’s a real team vibe - jo bhi aata hai, ek dusre ko support karta hai (whoever comes, supports each other). The walls say ‘BELIEVE IN YOURSELF’ for a reason.
