Training Schedule
- Frequency: Monday to Saturday evening sessions.
- Duration: 1 hour per session.
- Curriculum: Rotating mix of Kickboxing striking, MMA takedowns, and functional fitness.
- Class Format: Group training with 15-20 students per instructor.
Facility & Equipment
- Environment: Basement facility with EVA foam mats.
- Cooling: Ceiling and wall-mounted fans (Non-AC).
- Gear: Access to shared heavy bags, kicking shields, and focus mitts.

My Story
Namaste, hum TaeCross Academy se hain. Martial arts aur yoga, mere liye sirf fitness nahi, ek meditation hai. Jo final pose dikhta hai, uske peeche bohot mehnat chhupi hoti hai. Yahi soch hamari academy mein hai. Har kisi ke andar ek champion hai, especially bachon mein. Discipline, focus, confidence - yehi sikhate hain, taaki wo khud par bharosa kar sake. Medals toh students jeet-te hain, asli jeet unka character hai.
My Work
What We Teach - Taekwondo, yoga, MMA, self defence, weight loss, gymnastics, aur overall fitness - sabke liye.
Sabke Liye (For Everyone) - 3 se 50 tak, beginner ho ya pro, humare yahan sabka swagat hai. No age limit.
Champions Banate Hain - Training tough hai, hobby class nahi. National championship coaching aur experienced instructors.
