About The Combat Lab Squad
You are not just paying for gym access here. You are stepping into a rotation where professional fighters and absolute beginners share the same mat. We do not use fancy air-conditioned mirrors. Instead, you get industrial fans, 30mm puzzle mats, and a group that will push you to finish that last round of pads when you feel like quitting.
At The Combat Lab in Vasant Kunj, the squad is our greatest asset. When you walk through our doors, you stop being just another member and start being part of a team that holds each other accountable. We built this space to break down the walls between pro athletes and everyday people. You might find yourself drilling footwork alongside an MFN champion or sparring with someone who walked in for their first-ever class last week.
Our culture is based on grit, not glamour. We focus on the fundamentals because that is what actually works in a real fight. Whether you are here for the Muay Thai pad work, Boxing combinations, or the Jiu-Jitsu rolling sessions, you are learning techniques that have been battle-tested in the cage by our coaching staff.
The environment is intentionally raw. We train hard, we laugh, and we support each other through the fatigue. You will see homemakers, college kids, and working folks grinding right next to professional fighters. There is no hierarchy here. If you show up, put in the work, and respect the process, you are one of us. That is the philosophy that keeps the lab moving forward. Whether your goal is self-defense, weight loss, or stepping into competition, you are backed by a family that wants you to succeed.
