What We Do
At Delhi Combat, hum sirf gym mein paseena nahi bahaate (we don’t just sweat in the gym). We build fighters – inside and outside. This isn’t your regular workout. It’s about finding your inner warrior, apna asli yoddha (your true fighter). It gets tough, not gonna lie, but the pay-off is next level.
MMA Training Breakdown
You get the full mix here. I’ll teach you MMA striking techniques like boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai - punches, kicks, knees, elbows, everything. We’ll drill footwork, combos, head movement till you move like a fighter.
When it goes to the ground, we switch gears. You learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu basics and wrestling - takedowns, submissions, controlling the fight. Yahan attitude nahi chalta, bas technique (Here, attitude doesn’t work, only technique).
We’ll put it all together in sparring. No wild brawls – safe, controlled, full gear, but you’ll feel the real fight energy.
Strength & Conditioning
A solid fighter needs a solid engine. Functional strength for fighters is a big part - kettlebells, tire flips, resistance bands, bodyweight circuits. Plus, high-intensity MMA workouts (HIIT, bag drills) push your stamina and speed.
My Rules
Just two: Show up, don’t quit. Roz aana hai, chutti nahi (Come daily, don’t skip). Utho! Chalo! (Get up! Let’s go!). I’m here to push you past your limits.
Who Can Join?
Anyone willing to grind. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie, student, mom, or just want to level up. Sab ek hi journey pe hain (Everyone’s on the same journey). All ages, all fitness levels.

My Story
Hum hain Delhi Combat, par bas DC bula lo. Gym nahi, yeh apni squad hai - family hai. Yahan sab aate hain, kids se leke ladies, athletes, maa-beta jodi bhi. Kaam hai andar ka Yoddha bahar lana. Sirf technique, ego ko gate pe chhod do. Easy nahi hai, push karenge, jab lagta hai bas ab nahi ho sakta, tab asli training shuru hoti hai. Mazaa bhi aata hai, strength bhi milti hai.
