Why I Teach Kickboxing & Muay Thai

I’m not here just to train fighters - I’m here to help you fight your own battles. For me, Bodhi means enlightenment, Ran means battle. Every session is a chance to grow inside and out. I focus on technique, not just brute force. Grit counts more than how hard you hit.

Who Can Join

Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner or you think you’re “too old” or “not fit.” I’ve seen people from all walks of life step onto the mat and surprise themselves. Progress over perfection - that’s the rule. The environment here is chill, not intimidating.

What Goes Down in Training

  • Muay Thai for beginners is at the heart of my sessions. Footwork, punches, kicks, elbows, and knees – we drill the basics over and over.
  • Pad work and combos for real-world situations, not just looking cool.
  • Controlled sparring lets you test your skills, but it’s always respectful - not a place for ego.
  • Kickboxing fitness benefits are real - you’ll get stronger, your stamina goes up, and you’ll feel it in your core.

More Than Just Physical

You’ll walk out with practical self-defense skills and confidence that sticks. The mat never lies - “Aaj rang, kal ring – dono me dum dikhaenge.” Every setback is just setting up your comeback.

My Story

We’re Bodhi Ran - enlightenment and battle, both. Here, struggle isn’t just a word, it’s our daily routine. Kids come in nervous, walk out with medals. Women find strength they didn’t know existed. Fighters fall, get up, and punch harder. I picked up some serious lessons from top Judokas in Japan, brought all that back for our crew. Holi or sparring, impact matters. Rang barse ya punches, both hit solid. We’re a tribe of warriors. Jai Hind!
