Functional S&C Training
Workout Profile
- Focus: Functional hypertrophy, metabolic conditioning, and explosive power.
- Format: Non-combat session. No sparring or pad work.
- Duration: 60 minutes.
Methodology & Equipment
- Coach: Certified Strength & Conditioning coach.
- Lifts: Compound movements including Squats, Deadlifts, and Overhead Presses.
- Grind: Functional work with kettlebells, battle ropes, and sled pushes.
- Facility: Access to specific weight training zone with Olympic bars and bumper plates.
Pro-Fighter Combat Session
Session Structure
- Coach Tier: Active Pro Fighters (MFN Champions) or Discipline Specialists.
- Discipline: Choice of Striking (Boxing/Muay Thai) or Grappling (Wrestling/Basic BJJ).
- Duration: 60 minutes strictly.
- Flow: 10 min sport-specific warm-up, 40 min technical pad work or drilling, 10 min conditioning.
Technical Specs
- Equipment: Coach provided pro-grade Thai pads, belly pads, and focus mitts.
- Facility: Climate-controlled industrial setting with high-density impact mats.
- Focus: Micro-correction on footwork, leverage, and defense mechanics.
- Exclusion: Does not include Head Coach sessions.
Head Coach Mentorship
Elite Instruction
- Coach: Exclusively with Mohit Chawla (BJJ Brown Belt) or Senior Head Instructors.
- Focus: Advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi/No-Gi), MMA Game Planning, or accelerated beginner learning.
- Application: Includes positional rolling and sparring with the coach to test techniques under pressure.

Beginner Friendly - Doesn’t matter if you’re 11 or 50, first class or tenth year. We mix basics with solid technique.
Champions as Coaches - You’ll learn from pro MMA fighters who’ve been in the cage and know what it takes.
Our Philosophy - Consistency, intensity, details matter. We test basics till they’re sharp. No fancy fluff.
